The Premium frame is a significantly upgraded version of the Standard frame. The main differences: rainwater drainage integrated into the columns — allows several frames to be joined with a continuous roof, with no improvised fixes at the joints; concealed bolted fixing, with no fasteners visible on the outside; an upgraded top profile compared to the Standard version. The Standard frame remains the ideal solution for standalone use.

Yes, all CreaPAL modular structures come with a warranty per the warranty certificate provided at delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.

It depends on the configuration, but the "kit" concept is designed for fast assembly, no welding. A 6×3m unit is assembled in 3–5 hours with a team of 2 people.

100% bolted means the whole structure is assembled mechanically, with bolts and nuts, without welding. All components are prefabricated in the factory, and on site the crew simply bolts the parts together per the plan. This drastically reduces assembly time, removes the risks of on-site welding and ensures consistent quality of the finished product.

ISO corners and twistlocks are internationally standardised coupling systems, also used on shipping containers. They allow several modules to be connected securely and quickly (horizontally or vertically) to create complex configurations. They also make handling with a crane or forklift easier, and in case of relocation the unit can be uncoupled and reconfigured with no permanent modifications.

The walls are made of 60 mm thick sandwich panels (standard). The PUR core offers excellent thermal insulation, reducing energy use for heating or cooling. The 0.35 / 0.35 mm outer and inner sheet provides mechanical strength and a uniform, clean finish.

The layered roof includes a specially integrated anti-condensation membrane that prevents condensation from forming on the inner surface of the sheet. It absorbs and redistributes moisture, preventing water dripping and structural degradation. In addition, 100 mm mineral wool provides excellent thermal insulation, reducing the chance of the interior temperature dropping sharply and generating condensation.

The standard floor supports a uniform load of 350 kg/m². The multi-layer build (sheet + 100 mm mineral wool + 22 mm OSB + 2 mm PVC) provides both mechanical strength and sound and thermal insulation. This load capacity is suitable for office furniture, light equipment, shelving and normal foot traffic.

Yes, the ISO corners + twistlock system allows several modules to be coupled horizontally or vertically. This lets you create configurations of 2, 3, 4, 6 or more units for large offices, sanitary blocks, extended changing areas or site bases with different sections. Later reconfiguration or extension is possible without major structural changes.
